- A 50% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
- Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
2. Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
- Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned item, following inspection and approval.
3. How to Initiate a Refund:
- To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at JIM@rixen.com.
- Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
4. Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, minus the restocking fee and shipping costs.
